Love of Christ (LOC) Church is a 4-storey institutional building with a total floor area of 7,695m2. The roof slab comprises a clay pot design which is supported by rafter beams with a clear span of 27 meters. Through RGA’s value engineering interventions, the client realised a cost savings of N157 Million Naira.
