The building was designed by a European Architect. The building’s gross floor area is 11,000sqm and features a relatively light weight structure with cutting edge engineering solutions and several intricate Architectural details. It has several offices, classrooms, media studios, library, fully-equipped industrial kitchen, cafeterias, a chapel and other facilities necessary for operating a fully functional University faculty. RGA offered full Quantity surveying services on this project including coordination of local and international procurement of materials and finishes required for the project. The highlights of this project were granular taking off and detailed bill of quantity; contract administration and cash flow management.
